If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us directly — a credit will be applied to your account which can be used toward a future camp or sessions.
The credit will show in your account within the next 24 hours to make your next booking. Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for credit. This is due to staffing already being confirmed in line with our required ratios.
